Three professionals with decades of combined experience in the bulk material industry. No broadcast credits between them. An unreasonable amount of opinions about gravel grade.
Mitchell founded NotDuneVision after realizing that the bulk material delivery market in Northwest Indiana was dramatically underserved by operators who took the work seriously. He had previously spent several years doing something entirely unrelated to dirt, which he prefers not to discuss, before pivoting fully into earth materials in 2025.
As Director of Pile Operations, Mitchell oversees all delivery logistics, client consultations, and the ongoing negotiation with Scooter about whether the red truck needs a new transmission. (It does. Scooter disagrees.) He has strong opinions about the correct gravel size for residential driveways and will share them whether you ask or not.
Mitchell personally handles all Tier 03 Mountain-level deliveries, which he refers to as "the big shows." He is the only member of the team who has read the entire Indiana DOT guide to aggregate specifications. He brings it up regularly.
Scooter joined NotDuneVision at its founding after a distinguished career driving things from one place to another. He is our most experienced driver and the de facto head of fleet operations, a title he did not ask for but has leaned into by purchasing a clipboard.
Scooter is responsible for maintaining the truck fleet, scheduling delivery routes, and explaining why the red truck is actually fine and does not need a new transmission. He is wrong about the transmission. He knows all the best routes through Porter and Lake County and can estimate a material volume by looking at a pile with unsettling accuracy.
He is also the team's primary contact for last-minute delivery changes, which occur more frequently than anyone would prefer. Scooter handles this with remarkable composure. He has never once asked about streaming anything. He is our most grounded employee, both figuratively and, given the amount of time he spends near large piles of gravel, literally.
The Stick came to NotDuneVision through unconventional channels. He was found leaning against a pile of topsoil on the company's first large delivery job and has been a fixture of operations ever since. His exact role is difficult to define, but his presence has proven consistently valuable in ways that resist documentation.
The Stick's primary function is material quality assessment. He is used to check pile depth, test soil consistency, poke suspicious gravel formations, and mark delivery boundaries in loose fill. He has never asked for a salary increase. He has never been late. He does not have opinions about the transmission.
The Stick was briefly considered for a promotion to Senior Stick following the company's expansion into mulch delivery, but ultimately retained his existing title after it was determined that "Senior Stick" created unnecessary hierarchy. He is, by all metrics, the most reliable member of the team. He has a 100% attendance record. He has never called in sick. He does not own a phone. These facts are related.
Gravel is the official mascot of NotDuneVision. His role is broadly defined as "morale" and more specifically defined as "being present near piles of material and looking interested." He has never missed a delivery. He has never complained about the gravel. He does not have opinions about Scooter's transmission.
Gravel joined the team at an early age after demonstrating an immediate and unexplained affinity for screened topsoil. He is not involved in logistics, has no background in livestreaming or broadcast production, and has never once asked what a PTZ head is. He is considered a model employee in every measurable respect.
He is the only team member whose name appears in the company statistics. He is handling this with characteristic composure.
Our team's collective qualifications span material sourcing, delivery logistics, and pile quality assessment. None of these qualifications involve cameras.
